What is CDHCI?
Within the framework of the Client-Directed Home Care Invoicing Program, clients are empowered to choose an accredited agency to provide predetermined services within a specified number of hours each month. The client or their designated proxy is tasked with the oversight of care from the agency they select. Services provided may include personal assistance, respite, or housekeeping, contingent upon the AHS Case Manager’s evaluation. Note that this program is confined to approved services and does not include costs for equipment, supplies, or therapies.

As an accredited provider in the Client-Directed Homecare Invoicing Program, CDG Home Care Solutions Inc. offer clients that are assessed by an AHS case manager the choice to engage us as their care provider. We undertake the responsibility of direct billing to AHS via Blue Cross for our provided services.
